Heiko Sievers schuf für EMBASSY COMICS das Werk „Bank Wars part I – Blody Island“ über eine authentische Geschichte, der Autor ist Oliver Sehgal: „It tells the story of Thomas Biddle and Spencer Pettis, who duelled on the infamous island during the era of Jacksonian democracy and the demise of the second bank of the United States. The story also introduces political parties in St Louis in 1831 fighting over the future of Banking and economy.“
